Job Responsibilities

1. Full-cycle store operation

   Responsible for the daily operation of the Amazon store (North American site), including listing optimization, advertising placement, review management, promotion planning, and event planning. Track core data such as product ranking, conversion rate, and advertising ACOS, and formulate optimization strategies to improve BSR ranking. Analyze competitor dynamics, explore category traffic opportunities, and lead the construction of keyword libraries and SEO optimization.

2. Advertising and traffic management

   Formulate SP/SB/SD advertising combination strategies, optimize advertising structure to reduce CPC costs, monitor advertising ROI, regularly output advertising performance reports, and propose budget adjustment suggestions. Explore off-site traffic channels (influencer marketing/Deal sites/TikTok, etc.) to enhance brand exposure.

3. Supply chain coordination

   Monitor FBA inventory turnover, formulate inventory replenishment plans to avoid stockouts. Coordinate with the procurement team to control product quality, follow up on logistics timeliness and cost optimization. Handle after-sales disputes, reduce ODR, and maintain account health.

4. Compliance and risk control

   Ensure that operational actions comply with Amazon policies, avoid infringement, and formulate emergency solutions for account anomalies (complaints, store closures, etc.). Follow platform rule changes (such as the latest review policy) and adjust operational strategies in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above, CET-4 or above, with good reading and writing skills; fresh graduates are acceptable if outstanding.

• Prior internship experience in Amazon operations is preferred.

• Proficient in using tools such as Jungle Scout, Helium 10, Seller's Mate, Keepa, and SORFtime.

• High data sensitivity, capable of extracting effective information from massive data.

• Strong stress resistance, able to adapt to the fast-paced working environment of cross-border e-commerce.
