Why Was My Order Cancelled？
You will receive a Cancelled Order email if Family’s Backyard is unable to ship any product from your order due to payment issues or if inventory is no longer available.

How Do l Know the status of My Order？
You will receive three emails in a successful ordering process.1)Order Received-confirms your order has been placed.2) Order Confirmed-inventory has been secured and payment has been processed.3) Order Shipped - Your order is now with a mail carrier and tracking information will be provided in the email. When Can l Expect My Product to be Delivered？

Is There a Restocking Fee on Returns？
Yes. Unless the product was damaged in shipping, shipped in error or as otherwise prohibited by law, returned products will incur a 15% restocking fee. We hope you love our products as much as we do!
